Your donation to the Endowment funds of the Davis County Community Foundation will be used to support the annual grant process of the Foundation. Each year area nonprofits apply to the Foundation for dollars to support capital projects and programs that enhance Davis County.
The Davis County Hospital Foundation set up an Endow Iowa fund within the Davis County Community Foundation. The Davis County Community Foundation through state legislation offers Endow Iowa 25% Iowa tax credit opportunities to individuals and groups. Thus, any donation to the Davis County Hospital Foundation Endow Iowa fund will result in the donor receiving a 25% Iowa tax credit.
All Endow Iowa funds are endowments with the interest being available to the fund holder. The state has a yearly amount of tax credits available. If a year’s credits are exhausted, the donor goes on the list for the next year.
The Davis County School Support Foundation (DCSSF) set up a fund within the Davis County Community Foundation. The goal of DCSSF is to provide support to the schools in Davis County, Iowa by generating funds from individuals and businesses. This will help provide additional financial resources for our public school system. With help from our community members, our schools, and the generous donations from the foundation supporters, the foundation will be in a better position of providing stability for the educational needs of our young people.
The Davis County Community Foundation established the Disaster Recovery Fund to provide leadership and collaborative funding to nonprofit organizations throughout Davis County during times of crisis. The goal is to move resources quickly and adapt to evolving needs.

The Davis County Community Foundation through state legislation offers Endow Iowa 25% Iowa tax credit opportunities to individuals and groups. Thus, any donation to the Bloomfield Christian Church Endow Iowa fund will result in the donor receiving a 25% Iowa tax credit.

An anonymous couple set up an Endow Iowa fund within the Davis County Community Foundation. The Davis County Community Foundation through state legislation offers Endow Iowa 25% Iowa tax credit opportunities to individuals and groups. Thus, any donation to the Floris Flag Memorial Endow Iowa fund will result in the donor receiving a 25% Iowa tax credit.
All Endow Iowa funds are endowments with the interest being available to the fund holder in this case the City of Floris for the maintenance of the Memorial. The state has a yearly amount of tax credits available. If a year’s credits are exhausted, the donor goes on the list for the next year.
